People with few problems and somewhat of a sense of healthy living already established, will need the two hour Plan #2 workshop. People with many problems or a high stress lifestyle will need the four hour Plan #3 workshop. Session times with Dr. Ouellette can be divided into several sessions over several weeks.

Pain is often caused by inflammation. This inflammation is a body defence mechanism. Sometimes that mechanism gets out of balance. In fact, most of the time it gets out of balance. Some factors that can put inflammation out of balance are poor blood flow, continued stress, poor diet, and lack of exercise among many others. There are things that you can do with each of these factors to help yourself.

Some Governments in some countries  can put together a good DISEASE care team for you. Putting together a good health care team is something they are not so good at. That's unfortunate, but it is the way it is. Medical doctors won't do it all for you. They are the disease care specialists. Ah, yes, disease care. Yes, yes, and yes. But, food does not act like drugs. Food takes longer, but is certainly safer, way safer. And, food can be mighty powerful when the secrets are unleashed.
