Pain is often caused by inflammation. This inflammation is a body defence mechanism. Sometimes that mechanism gets out of balance. In fact, most of the time it gets out of balance. Some factors that can put inflammation out of balance are poor blood flow, continued stress, poor diet, lack of exercise, failure to rest properly and poor attitude among many others. There are things that you can do with each of these factors to help yourself.

Some Governments in some countries  can put together a good DISEASE care team for you. Putting together a good health care team is something they are not so good at.
